The legendary Orangerie boxes in the Palace of Versailles gardens were designed by Louis the 14th’s gardener, André Le Nôtre. They are suited to all kinds of plants: lemon trees, orange trees, palm trees, olive trees, box trees, bay trees, beech trees, hornbeam, conifers, hortensia but can also be used as flowerbeds.
In contrast to other flowerbeds, the boxes in the Orangerie have demountable sides to allow for the roots of the plant to be trimmed if necessary. The size of the roots will strengthen the plant and allow the visible section to be reinforced and become more beautiful.
We also have made the Trianon benches and many different ornamental vases.
